“As long as you can split the moment it’s actually a movie.” His background in motion film is never far away in the work of Dutch Photographer Allard Faas. It’s not merely the framing of his images but also his approach of the models he works with.

He stays far away from describing himself or his work in ‘key words’ or ‘genre’ these terms are filled in by the plan.  Knowing that you should make a plan for a shoot and just as important, stay open for the opportunity you might end up somewhere else.
